Built for Local Business. Run by Someone Who Cares About This Community.
I'm Caleb, a computer science student at UNC Charlotte who got tired of watching good local businesses lose customers to bad websites. So I started building better ones myself, using the same modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) that powers sites for companies far bigger than the ones I work with. That means local businesses get that same level of performance without the enterprise price tag.

I kept noticing the same gap: local service businesses either had no website, or one that was actively costing them customers.
The plumbers, roofers, HVAC techs, and landscapers who keep our communities running deserved better. So I started Robinson Web Solutions to bring professional-quality web design to local NC businesses at a price that makes sense for them, not for a big agency. Working solo keeps overhead low and decisions fast: no account managers, no six-week email chains to get a typo fixed. You talk to me, the person actually building your site, from the first call to the last update.
How I Think About Websites
The goal isn't to sell websites. It's to sell outcomes. Every decision made during a build (copy, layout, CTA placement, SEO) is filtered through one question: will this make the client more money? If not, it doesn't belong on the page.
Outcomes over aesthetics
A pretty site that doesn't convert is a waste of money. Every layout choice, every headline, every button placement gets evaluated against one question: does this make it easier for a real customer to pick up the phone? If it doesn't move that number, it doesn't make the cut.
You own your assets
Domain, GBP, Analytics. Yours, always. I build and maintain your site, but I don't hold it hostage. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you the same day you ask, no negotiation required.
Long-term partner, not one-time vendor
Every client site is designed to grow. A launch is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Monthly maintenance means your site keeps improving as your business does, instead of going stale the day it goes live.
This site you're reading right now is built the same way I'd build yours: fast, mobile-first, and structured around getting you a phone call. If you want a preview of what working together looks like, you're already looking at it.
Who I Work With
Primarily locally-owned service businesses in Raleigh and Cary: the roofers, plumbers, electricians, and landscapers who keep this area running, plus dentists, vets, and other local pros who compete for the same nearby customers. If your business depends on someone nearby finding you before they find someone else, I can probably help.
Let's Build Something That Actually Works
If you're ready to stop losing customers to competitors with better websites, let's talk.
